How did you end up at Nokian Panimo?
Just before the application deadline, I heard about the vacancy for Head of Maintenance and decided to apply. After a couple of meetings with the brewery’s management, we found we were on the same wavelength quite effortlessly. The brewery had also been a client of mine for several years in my previous job, so it wasn’t a leap into the completely unknown. I’ve been carrying out various maintenance tasks for nearly twenty years now. It’s a source of pride to be working at the brewery in my own village!
