Nokian Panimo Oy has made two appointments to its management team to strengthen product development and logistics functions.
Jani Vilpas has been appointed brewmaster of Nokian Panimo and a member of the management team, effective 31 March 2025. Vilpas has previously worked as an entrepreneur at Brewcon Finland, a company he founded (2022-2025), as brewmaster and brewery manager at Laitilan Wirvoitusjuomatehdas Oy (2020-2022 and 2000-2007), and as an entrepreneur at Vakka-Suomen Panimo Oy, a company he founded (2007-2020), where he also served as CEO (2013-2020). Vilpas holds a brewmaster qualification from the Technische Universität Berlin in Germany.
Joonas Peltonen has been appointed warehouse manager of Nokian Panimo and a member of the management team, effective 3 March 2025. Peltonen has previously worked at Sinituote Oy as logistics manager, supervisor and dispatch lead (2018-2025), and at IKEA Oy as a logistics team leader and logistics worker (2015-2018). Peltonen holds an engineering degree in logistics from Häme University of Applied Sciences.

Nokian Panimo’s current warehouse manager, Miitri Jokitie, will continue in his role and as a member of the company’s management team until 31 August 2025, after which he will step down from the management team and move into a warehouse worker role.
